Eigen 3.4.1 and 5.0.0 are available since 2025-09-10.
Bugfix and more.

There are some breaking changes in 5.0.0 and many bugfixes, which often backported in 3.4.1.

So perhaps 5.0.0 is not compatible and this is also an information.

MRPT already builds and passes all tests against Eigen 5.0. Checked locally with GCC against Eigen 5.0.0 (all packages including Python bindings, 3818 unit tests passing), and macOS CI already uses Homebrew Eigen 5.0.1. The remaining CMake version and include-dir detection details were fixed in #1467, keeping Eigen 3.4 support.
