A programmable environmental performance assurance system deployed on Arc Testnet.
Project owners fund a USDC milestone, the base payment is released when the work is accepted, and a pre-agreed retainage remains locked until an independent verifier reviews the environmental evidence. Successful verification releases the retainage; a confirmed breach routes the fixed remediation amount according to the terms established onchain.
