Release authorization is the explicit release unilab==1.5.9 request recorded in #2595. Current-head CI passed on b819443aa3ffdb6d9ff83df2eccaf5126eaf9e0d: lint, format, mypy, pyright, benchmark smoke, all four test shards, coverage, and Sphinx. Local make test-all, distribution build/check, and wheel smoke also passed.
