Add documentation info about installation on Apache

@miguelcleon I'm creating this issue to track your contribution to the installation and setup doc regarding running WOFpy on Apache web server. That topic was being followed in #195 but that was a much broader issue, harder to track this specific topic.

FYI, I revamped https://github.com/ODM2/WOFpy/blob/master/docs/WOFpyODM2LBR_installation.md for release 2.3.0, so hopefully it's cleaner than before (definitely better updated and verified).
