The star history chart in the README files is currently broken because of restrictions on the GitHub stargazer API. Switch the chart links to the star-history.dera.page domain, which uses a different data source that requires no API token and works reliably. This fixes the charts in README.md, README_ZH.md, and README_JA.md.

The star history chart shown in the README files is currently broken because of restrictions on the GitHub stargazer API, so the chart no longer loads. This change points the chart links at star-history.dera.page, which relies on a different data source that requires no API token and keeps the charts working reliably. Updated in README.md, README_ZH.md, and README_JA.md.
