Short Description
Translates three English pages that weren't in Spanish yet (Build compliant apps, Build with the API, Design process) and updates the Spanish CLI Sync page to match the changes in #906.
Details
The PR has three commits:
build-for-developers/build-compliant-apps.md,build-for-developers/build-with-api.mdanddesign/overview.md.cli-sync.mdnow matches the new English: the folder structure,resources.yaml, the.openfnfolder, and the reorderedproject.yamlsection.REST api→REST API,Kobo Toolbox→KoboToolbox, a broken::: noteadmonition, a missing backtick, and oldgithub.com/openfn/language-*links that now point to the adaptor pages on the docs site. The Spanish pages were updated to match./review-translation, run in a fresh session: three places where "should" was translated as "debe" (must), one sentence that switched subject halfway through, and one "might want to" that had become "will".The build passes, and the broken-anchor warnings are the same 12 that are already on
