Replace the local binary path in the configuration examples with the registry name (uses: "@semrel/<plugin>"), set the phase the plugin runs in, and configure it through args. The options table now lists each argument next to its SEMREL_PLUGIN_* environment variable, which can be used instead of args.

Replace the local binary path in the configuration examples with the registry name (`uses: "@semrel/<plugin>"`), set the phase the plugin runs in, and configure it through `args`. The options table now lists each argument next to its `SEMREL_PLUGIN_*` environment variable, which can be used instead of `args`.
