Can't execute math_70 example in Windows

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "java" because file name or extension is too long.

I've tried all these but didn't work:

• Moving astor folder to "C:/astor" to make paths shorter.
• Using flag "-faultlocalization gzoltar" to change fault localization tool, but a lot of new issues appear.
• Removing all tests but "org.apache.commons.math.analysis.solvers.BisectionSolverTest" but problem remains.
• Not using complete paths and using only relative paths to make cmd line shorter, but same result on both.
