Migrated from docusaurus to more flexible fumadocs with a full next app.

Docusaurus is being replaced by Fumadocs/Next.js, so its theme,
sidebar generation, plugin config, and landing page source are no
longer needed.
Introduces the App Router pages, shared UI components, layout slots,
and Fumadocs source/config wiring that will power the docs site,
plus a site-template used for scaffolding new per-repo sites.
Updates the config schema and CLI commands to generate and build the
Next.js/Fumadocs site instead of Docusaurus, adds site metadata and
source-generation helpers, and adjusts the build/deploy scripts and
nginx config accordingly.
Swaps Docusaurus dependencies for Next.js/Fumadocs packages, and
updates lint/ignore rules for the new app directory structure.
Adjusts code-quality and release workflows to match the new build
pipeline.
Updates docs config schema, fixture/scaffold content, and README to
reflect the move to Fumadocs, and adds generated sidebar files for
the sample doc sets.
