まず「Kashiwazaki SEO ControlPanel」を入れると楽です

これらのプラグイン/テーマは WordPress 公式ディレクトリ未申請のため、標準の自動更新通知が効きません。放置すると古いまま脆弱性を抱えるリスクがあります。

wp-plugin-kashiwazaki-seo-control-panel を 1 つ入れておけば:

  • 導入済みの wp- プラグイン/テーマの最新版を単一マニフェストから自動チェック
  • 更新があれば管理画面とメールで通知（セキュリティ更新は強調）
  • アクセストークン不要・API レート制限の影響なし
  • 本体自身の自己更新にも対応

まずこれを入れておけば、あとは通知に従うだけで最新に保てます。
