c-l33-p0 c-l33-p0:

Folder pickers can now open in a chosen folder.

PathPromptOptions gets directory: Option<PathBuf>. Each platform's open dialog applies it the way its save dialog already does: macOS setDirectoryURL, Windows IFileDialog::SetFolder, Linux portal current_folder. None keeps today's behavior.

Why: Unity Hub's Settings location pickers should open at the configured path (HUB-8606).

Breaking: code that builds PathPromptOptions field by field needs the new field.

Checks: the macOS build and the path-prompt tests pass locally. Windows and Linux were not built locally.

PathPromptOptions gets an optional start folder. Each platform's open
dialog applies it the way its save dialog already does: macOS
setDirectoryURL, Windows IFileDialog::SetFolder, Linux portal
current_folder. None keeps today's behavior.
…8606)

OpenFileRequest::current_folder takes impl Into<Option<P>>, and an
Option<&Path> converts into Option<P> two ways, so rustc can't pick P.
