- add AGENTS.md with guidance for coding agents working in this docs repo - archive workflow/VSC_64bit_kernel_and_32bit_userland.md (armhf-userland era); add an archived banner and move it to workflow/archive/ - rename style/MANPAGES.MD to MANPAGES.md and update links - dev-on-windows.md: fix 'git confg' typos, use --local for local config listing, fix 'the ile' typo - PACKAGING.md: drop the OSS.md attribution section (no repo uses it)

Resolved deviations, now removed: - wlanpi-core: tox targets py313, lint/format is ruff + mypy (#193), and Pre-Depends no longer lists python3-distutils. - wlanpi-grafana: pyproject.toml, tox.ini and Python 3.13 floor (wlanpi-grafana#20). - wlanpi-fpms: debhelper-compat (= 13) and codeql-analysis.yml (wlanpi-fpms#184). - wlanpi-bluetooth, wlanpi-common, wlanpi-hotspot: debhelper-compat (= 13) and Standards-Version 4.7.0 (#14, #110, #25). - wlanpi-usb-ethernet: LICENSE and the standard build workflow name (#35). Corrections found while verifying every row against the default branches: - Shell repos with lint.yml now list shellcheck like wlanpi-common. - wlanpi-core also keeps debian/bullseye; wlanpi-webui keeps debian/bullseye and has no suite/<codename> branches (no active WLAN-Pi repo does), so drop the suite/ naming from CONTRIBUTING.md and RELEASE_PROCESS.md too. - wlanpi-kernel's default branch is 7.2-trixie; wlanpi-misc-packages has no dev branch. - Drop the wlanpi-hostap row: WLAN-Pi has no such repo. wlanpi-profiler vendors a w1.fi release tarball under hostapd/. - Add the remaining legacy debian/compat packages (grafana 10, profiler 11, webui 12) as a packaging deviation.
