[REQUST] implementation of RTTI typeid

This is used on couple of places in Kodi. I need this for my Kodi backport. As I understand to get this one we need working exceptions which is not trivial. I opening this issue so we can keep track on this feature.

Similarly, I have a game engine I'd like to port but it needs RTTI and exceptions, I'm happy to help if I can (with testing or whatever).

You can find here WIP exceptions and RTTI which also includes typeid. Exceptions and RTTI are cherry picked from Thrimbor's fork and I've added typeid. It's probably done in a wrong way but it works for my Kodi fork so maybe it will be usefull for you too. This branch also contains floats support (atof, strtod etc.) which was taken from here
