Add the JetBrains go-modern-guidelines skill to .agents/skills/use-modern-go/ so it is available as a project-level skill in this repo.

  • Invoke with the use-modern-go skill (slash command or use_skill).
  • Provides modern Go coding guidelines checked against a target Go version via scripts/run-tool.sh list --go-version <ver>.
  • .agents/ is globally gitignored, so the directory is force-added (git add -f); it remains tracked thereafter.

This is tooling only — no runtime/source changes.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added guidance for applying modern Go guidelines before editing Go code, including reviewing applicable recommendations and explaining exceptions.
    • Added Linux/macOS and Windows launchers that install and run the versioned guidelines tool, with support for development builds.

Add the JetBrains go-modern-guidelines skill to .agents/skills/use-modern-go
so it is available as a project-level skill in this repository.

- Invoke via the use-modern-go skill (slash command or use_skill).
- Guidelines are checked against a target Go version with
  scripts/run-tool.sh list --go-version <ver>.
- .agents/ is globally gitignored, so the directory is force-added
(git add -f); it stays tracked thereafter.

Tooling only; no runtime/source changes.
