chore(ekko-collab-protocol): sync bundled benchmark and bump to 0.1.1 - #28

Re-sync the vendored ekko-benchmark build with @zaunekko/benchmark 0.1.0 as published to npm. The only change is agent protocol wording that no longer names private calibration samples; scoring rules, templates and skill behavior are unchanged. Bump the plugin and skills to 0.1.1 so installed copies pick up the update. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
