Adds smsSendTimeOptimization alongside the existing email and push channels, exposing click-only scores (sendTimeRankClick) since SMS has no open event. Updates the example with SMS scores and a refreshed sendTimeOptimizationScoreInfo value. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
