Verifies the existing PHP 8.5 support against the complete retained PHP/TYPO3 matrix using actual platform requirements. No supported PHP/TYPO3 version or existing test job is removed.
CI installs the API-compatible official security-fixed SVG sanitizer 1.0.0 through a test-only alias until TYPO3 accepts ^1.0. Adapter and DTD regression checks verify its TYPO3 integration. Existing static, unit and functional checks remain enabled.
