DuckDuckGo shows a generated "S" placeholder for stylebot.dev because the site only offers an SVG favicon and `/favicon.ico` returns a 404. DuckDuckGo's icon fetcher doesn't use SVG favicons.
Review notes: DuckDuckGo stores its own copy of the icon (last fetched Sep 10), so the result updates only when it fetches again.
Testing: checked both generated images by eye.
