Stylebot now recognises Vivaldi on install and update, not only after its side panel first fails.
vivExtDatafield on windows, so the Side panel choice is hidden from the start.sidePanel.setOptionsin Vivaldi, so the panel it opens on install and update is blank instead of its start page.Review notes: Vivaldi still opens that panel (its bug). Making
sidePaneloptional stops it but crashes Chrome on tabs open before the grant, so it stays required.Testing: unit, typecheck, lint, side panel and editor window e2e; checked by hand in Vivaldi.
