KNOX-3402 - Spark Connect gateway support (TODO rewrite the ticket to reflect generic gRPC support!)
What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Adding a Gateway module that can proxy arbitrary gRPC traffic, with authentication & (coarse-grained) authorization. As a special case that happens to work for Spark Connect, we can rewrite in-flight proto fields to replace the values with authenticated principal names.
