This adds link_tables_alignment syscfg for MCU. Now it's possible to configure link tables data alignment for each MCU.

This adds link_tables_alignment syscfg for MCU. Now it's possible to configure link tables data alignment for each MCU.
To configure it define MCU_LINK_TABLES_ALIGNMENT config in MCU syscfg.yml.
