The conformance suites we run are the DOM ones and CSSOM: 94,807 subtests passing for dom/, shadow-dom/, custom-elements/, selection/ and ranges/, and 3,124 for css/cssom/. The results are in docs/dom-conformance.md and docs/cssom-conformance.md, with every gap either an environmental exclusion or a documented deviation.
The HTML suites are not run, and they are where the element interfaces this engine now implements are tested in depth — reflection, form controls, activation behavior, the details and dialog and select behaviors. They are also tens of thousands of subtests, most of them about rendering and navigation that do not apply here, so adding them would move the headline number a long way down before it moves up.
Worth deciding deliberately: run them and take the honest number, or state plainly that HTML conformance is measured by the element behaviors we test ourselves.
