Add React 19 support to peer dependencies

Problem

The current peer dependencies specification prevents installation with React 19 projects due to the restrictive version range. This causes npm/pnpm/yarn to fail when trying to install the package in projects using React 19.

Current behavior

• Package fails to install in React 19 projects
• Error messages about peer dependency conflicts
• Developers cannot use the latest React version with this library

Expected behavior

• Package should install successfully with React 19
• Support for all React versions >= 18.3.1
• Future-proof peer dependency specification

Solution

Update peer dependencies to use >=18.3.1 for both react and react-dom to support React 18.3.1 and all future versions including React 19.

Priority

High - This blocks adoption of React 19 in projects using this library.
