This changes the
informationalUrlof entry 3 (io.iscc.v0) from the ISO catalogue page to https://ieps.iscc.codes/iep-0020/, the ISCC Foundation's specification of how the algorithm is used in C2PA: the value format of the soft binding (an ISCC-SEQ of 256-bit ISCC-UNITs), the input the units are computed from, and how a validator checks them. The ISO page describes the standard but says nothing about the soft binding value. IEP-0020 specifies the soft binding value format and references ISO 24138:2024 for the underlying algorithms.No other field changes. I chair the ISCC Foundation, which maintains the algorithm and the IEP.
