TLDR; Android libraries have to be compiled the right way. Since testing the APK for ELF alignment requires access to the APK, we can allow it behind a feature flag.
We already have gradle verification in place.

    I prepared a PR #23, but it depends on logic that I moved into Rock itself to keep things clean and testable: callstackincubator/rock#686
