Summary
Following the published GBOS integration in InfoTestProcess, InfoKotlinProcess can now publish Kotlin-daemon measurements as GBOS
jvm.processobservations in Develocity Build Scans. GBOS is opt-in: existing builds keep their legacy custom values by default, while enabled builds publish GBOS instead of both formats.New concepts
GBOS observations
GBOS (Gradle Build Observability Schema) gives Gradle plugins a shared, versioned format for build observations. This plugin reports each Kotlin daemon as an entity-scoped
jvm.processobservation, which downstream tools can consume consistently. Builds that depend on the existing custom values can leave the opt-in disabled.Related

Validation
./gradlew :infokotlinprocess:test :infokotlinprocess:ktlintCheckpassed. Tests validate the output against published GBOS 0.0.4 schemas and cover default-off and configuration-cache behavior.
