Show affected services: new section. Off = general event only, no services on the card, detail page, or subscriber emails, and overlapping incident downtime counts against uptime.
Uptime: only downtime overlapping a published, service-visible maintenance is excluded.
Timezones : "All times are in UTC" is now inverted. Adds a DST section: repeating windows keep their wall clock, daily windows cap at 23h, and changing the zone moves occurrences only when repeating.
