Complete the unpublished v0.1.8 release with the short-lived Unix PTY initialization fix from #62. The first release attempt was correctly blocked by macOS tests; no v0.1.8 tag or Release was created.
ProcessTree::attach now uses the child PID identity guaranteed by portable-pty setsid before any wait/reap, rather than querying a process that may already have exited. A real-PTY regression observes exit with WNOWAIT before attaching. Windows behavior and tree teardown are unchanged.
All preparation PR checks passed, including native macOS, Windows and Linux. Local full Windows/Linux gates and independent custody/security review passed. Related failure evidence is in #61. Merge this promotion with a merge commit after its checks pass; the official workflow will rebuild and verify all four release assets.
