First-time Token room creation failed with wallet_binding_required because wallet association was only reachable from source settings. Explicit Token creation and readiness now authorize the source through the existing wallet capability and bind the original wallet before participation. Discovery remains approval-free; refusals stop before room mutation.
Validation: client typecheck and full client suite (193 passed, one existing skip), including ordering and refusal coverage.
