concat with REQUEST_QUERY with || on no existing oracle field

I search a sample how to concat two oracle fields with REPLACE_QUERY using || to a filed that not existing in Oracle only in Postgres ?

Let's say you have added a fullname column into the postgresql database then the following should works:

REPLACE_QUERY  customers[SELECT *, surname||' '||firstname AS fullname FROM customers]
