[QA] Explorer | Slow startup — login screen and loading progress bar take excessive time

Issue Description

The Explorer takes an unusually long time to display the login screen and to complete world loading on startup. Reported by multiple users during a team meeting (reproduction index: 8/10).

Two major bottlenecks identified from the log:

Stage transition	Duration
Feature flags → Init / AuthenticationScreenShowing	~35 seconds
ProfileLoading → LandscapeLoading	~7 seconds (normal)
First scene start → GlobalPXsLoading / Completed	~49 seconds
Total (engine init → Completed)	~100 seconds

STR (Steps to Reproduce)

1. Launch the Explorer on Windows
2. Measure time until login screen appears
3. Log in and measure time until Genesis Plaza loads
4. Observe time until other users appear

Expected Result

Login screen should appear within a few seconds of launch; world loading should complete in a reasonable time.

Actual Result with evidence

Login screen takes ~35 seconds to appear. Total startup-to-ready time exceeds ~100 seconds.

Intermittent (8/10 reproduction index, reported by multiple users)

• Device: MSI Katana 15 B12VGK
• CPU: 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12650H (16 cores, 2688 MHz)
• RAM: 16 GB
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU (8 GB VRAM) — hardware is well above minimum specs, slowness is not hardware-bound
• Unity Version: 6000.5.9f1

Note: ObjectDisposedException in SidebarController visible in the log is shutdown-only noise, unrelated to startup performance.
