cmake error after follow the readme guide

I am using ubuntu24.04.
currently I follow the readme to build the code, but I stuck at here, missing zstd/lib. I install this zstd-devel, still not working

This looks like a README dependency matrix issue for Ubuntu 24.04. It would help to list the exact package names that satisfy the CMake probes, because zstd-devel is the RPM name while Ubuntu usually needs libzstd-dev; LIBIBERTY may similarly require a binutils/dev package rather than a generic build-essential install. A small “Ubuntu 22.04 vs 24.04” dependency table would prevent users from hitting the same CMake probe failures one by one.
