Scheduled cleanup requires an explicit --unused-for-days or --unused-for-hours threshold in preview and apply. Missing retention exits before backend access; the paused-sandbox --days alias remains supported. Bulk CSV cleanup keeps its optional age filter.

Renames source folders to bulk-cleanup/ and scheduled-cleanup/ and updates routing, tests, CI, and references. The shorter root README links to detailed guides and DEVELOPMENT.md.

Validation: 91 root tests and 20 inventory tests pass, including missing-retention rejection, day/hour equivalence, snapshot buffer boundaries, and packaged entry points. Lifecycle checks, shellcheck, and 18 repository file links passed for the folder rename. No live account operations were repeated for the parser change.

Companion docs: https://github.com/e2b-dev/docs/pull/569; merge this PR first so its source links resolve.
