Why
The daily leaderboard, its quests checkmark, daily quests and the free spin are moving to one shared reset at 00:00 UTC. The app never says when the day starts, so a short board after midnight or a missing checkmark looks like a bug.

- Leaderboard DAILY tab: a line above the list such as "Today (UTC), resets in 5h 12m", computed from the next 00:00 UTC. Hidden on weekly and monthly.
- Spin game screen: "Resets daily at 00:00 UTC" under the countdown.
- en-US strings only, other locales follow through Crowdin.
- Tests for the reset time helper.

Ships with the next app build. Older builds keep working because they read the unlock time from the server.
