WGPU_NULLABLE will be converted to _NULLABLE

The wgpu-native project webgpu.h contains WGPU_NULLABLE defines

typedef WGPU_NULLABLE WGPUBuffer (*WGPUProcDeviceCreateBuffer)(WGPUDevice device, WGPUBufferDescriptor const * descriptor) WGPU_FUNCTION_ATTRIBUTE; (https://github.com/webgpu-native/webgpu-headers/blob/7d3186c3dd2c708703524027b46b8703534ab3cc/webgpu.h#L5240)

This nullable gets converted to _NULLABLE
