Add *INCLUDED* Domains Option & Include Options to Pick & Choose Disabling All Popup Content, Including 'Search' & 'Copy' #116

Wanted to see if three features could be implemented:

1. Include an option for "INCLUDED domains," which is essentially the opposite of "Excluded Domains." I'm looking to have the extension disabled on every site, except the ones I want them enabled on.
2. More granular control over the popup buttons. I use the extension for a specific purpose and it seems like there's no way to disable the "Search" and "Copy" buttons. I'm looking for the extension to activate ONLY when selecting a link/URL, so that the selected URL has a URL popup button without the "Search" and "Copy" buttons.
3. The ability for the extension to work/activate in a textbox, such as when typing an email in Gmail.
