feat(plugin): 新增 488run（夸搜盘 488.run）网盘搜索插件 - #154

- 适配 https://488.run（wechat-cinehunt 主题）搜索与增量轮询接口（/api/frontend/search + /api/frontend/search/poll）
- 支持 yd_frontend 会话 Cookie 启动后台预热、singleflight 并发获取与 401/403 自动重签
- 遵循 plugin.PublishBudget() 发布窗口预算，按唯一标识合并初始结果与轮询增量结果
- 清洗链接尾随非 ASCII 粘连文本（如提取码粘连）与标题尾随噪声，补齐 WorkTitle、封面与分类标签
- 补充离线单元测试、线上验证用例与插件说明文档，并通过全部 audit 守卫测试
