The daily sync merges upstream and pushes to dev. When there is something new, it then runs gh workflow run docker.yaml to build it, because a push made with GITHUB_TOKEN starts no workflow.

The checkout has a remote named upstream (wiedehopf/readsb), and gh uses a remote with that name as the repository. The call went to upstream and failed: HTTP 403: Resource not accessible by integration … repos/wiedehopf/readsb/actions/workflows/…/dispatch.

This happened on 25, 26 and 27/10. The merges are on dev (71a8df7), but both cells still run 428ab10.

The fix is --repo "$GITHUB_REPOSITORY", the same as flyitalyadsb/tar1090#3.

The sync job adds a remote named upstream (wiedehopf/readsb), and gh picks
a remote with that name as the repository. So 'gh workflow run docker.yaml'
went to upstream and failed with 403 on 25, 26 and 27/10. The merges were
pushed to dev but never built: both cells still run 428ab10 while dev is at
71a8df7. Same fix as flyitalyadsb/tar1090#3.
