Add terms for (hyper)spectral microscopy and bioluminescence microscopy. - #72

Add "spectral microscopy" as a subterm of "light microscopy", defined as "A light microscopy method in which spectral information is acquired together with spatial image information, providing spectrally resolved measurements at spatial locations within the image." (The NTR in #68 requested "spectral imaging microscopy" as the preferred label, but another NTR simultaneously requested "hyperspectral microscopy" with "hyperspectral imaging microscopy" as a synonym. For consistency, we are using the forms without "imaging" for the labels.) closes #68
Add "hyperspectral microscopy" as a subterm of the newly added "spectral microscopy". closes #69

I really dislike FBbi_00000265 label "recorded image"... but it is the right concept

So do I. :) It’s one of the things I’d like to change as part of reorganizing the entire hierarchy, but that will have to wait.
