Prepare rcosmo 1.1.5 for resubmission following its removal when geoR was archived. geoR is available again; package functions and the inherited licence and test-runner behaviour are unchanged.
Changes:
Validation on 30 September 2026:
Validated runs: R-devel, Linux and macOS, and Windows after the indexing fix. Both runs check identical package contents; their differences are confined to the excluded CI configuration. The final commit only updates cran-comments.md, which is excluded from the source package; its automatic repeat checks may still be running.
The tests/testthat.R runner remains commented out, as in the previously accepted package. These results establish the package checks and examples, not execution of the testthat suite. No broad test, licensing or API changes are included. CRAN submission and merge remain separate.
