CRAN's 1 October pretests flagged a broken article link, two unavailable archive links, and variogram overview arguments without usage. Update the links in the documentation and roxygen sources, and refer readers to geoR for variogram usage and arguments.
CRAN comments contain current check results and explanations of remaining NOTES; fixed findings are omitted.
Validation: all five full --as-cran checks pass in this run, including examples and PDF manuals:
The final commit only updates cran-comments.md, which is excluded from the source package; package contents are unchanged after validation.
The checked rcosmo_1.1.5.tar.gz is in the R-devel artifact. SHA256: 3e2a62712054dcc40036b27573e91f787b979e237887fab8a8054a6fb57543ad.
The inherited commented-out testthat runner is unchanged; these checks do not establish execution of the unit-test suite.
