- Default `_SERIAL` to `''` in `mcp/android_mcp_server.py` (removing `# pyrefly: ignore[bad-argument-type]`) and guard `AdbController._command_prefix` against empty `device_name` so `android-env-mcp` works without `--serial`. - Propagate `config.adb_path` into `config.adb_controller.adb_path` in `android_device_loader._prepare_emulator_configs` even when `config.adb_controller` is already set, and reuse `config.adb_controller` when constructing `AdbController`. - Set `adb_path` directly on `AndroidDeviceConfig` in `examples/run_random_agent.py` and `examples/run_acme_agent.py` to match the documented `AndroidDeviceConfig` usage. - Align optional dependencies (`acme` and `testing`) between `BUILD.bazel` (`android_env_wheel`) and `pyproject.toml`. - Update `copy.bara.sky` `github_code_url` to `/tree/main/`, update `METADATA` `remote_location` and `Copybara-Submit-docs-presubmit` timeout (to `1800`), and remove unused `import numpy as np` from `README.md` and `README.zh.md`.
