Onboarding Internals Imported

The new organization lookup imports useCompanies through the onboarding feature's internal hooks directory instead of its public barrel. This couples the opportunities feature to onboarding's internal file structure, so an internal reorganization can break this feature. Export the hook from @/features/onboarding and import it through that public entry point.
