Release 0.8.0: bump every workspace crate - #64

The bridge, the CLI and the four decoder crates move from 0.7.4 to 0.8.0 together, as at 0.7.4. A minor step this time: the release adds Auro-3D carrier detection and unfolding (the new auro crate), the DTS:X object profiles the alternate presentations carry, the machine-readable info --json report with its label taxonomy version, the E-AC-3 independent/dependent pairing in the realtime bridge, and the bridge side of bridge_api 0.4 (declared channel poses, the 30° height tier, the source family), which is why the bridge now requires Omniphony 0.6.0.

aurocrate, #56), the DTS:X object profiles carried by the alternate presentations (#53, #55, #62), the stated and estimated bed folds (#52, #57), the JOC decoder fixes from v-lix (#43, #44, #47, #48), the AC-3 and DTS-HD IEC 61937 burst types (#42), and a new CLI surface (info --matrices/--params/--stats/--filters,info --json,--mono-prefix).No code change.
