Native .NET projects need precise committed-file ownership and must retain existing Build/Test checks without claiming adoption of a quality preset. This change adds exact optional ownership, preserves explicit input consumers and records whether selected checks came from an adopted preset or retained native behavior, including prerequisite closure. The Node planner uses the renamed shared comparison/responsibility binder.

The original-plan result consumer now rejects missing or contradictory origin/preset values, even when supplied execution results passed. This corrects independently classified Copilot comment 4192198554 through the existing ResultCollector, with no plan recomputation or new trust mechanism.

It also corrects the independently classified cancellation-test fixture mismatch exposed after #1042: the root-exit test uses an encoded command and stable working directory while retaining unique PID readiness, cancellation/root-exit assertions and cleanup faults. Production process guarantees are unchanged. The original failed Windows run remains retained.

Validation: final-source Linux build passed with zero warnings/errors; all 955 application tests passed with no skips, including 12 origin-contract cases. HK small/medium/large, normal commit hooks and committed-snapshot record checks passed. The three correction files passed scoped whitespace verification. Full-project formatting failed on 14 unchanged accepted-base whitespace lines; that failure is retained. Three independent final 17-file engineering/OCR, records and research-evidence reviews found no material findings (9/10 confidence). Their reports and exact source/test evidence are retained in an additive packet; latest-source ordinary Windows CI run 37425277357/job 112144130559 passed all 955 application tests. Its PR merge checkout bbd1cfc has the exact reviewed head tree f45a3699d42f8b64f2fddcc70608fe8614f58d6d. The earlier 943-test Windows lifetime remains separate. All current checks are successful or expected skips.

The native .NET fact producer, executor and workflow cutover remain subsequent work; all eight integration gates remain pending. No publication, proving dispatch, authentication, access or Environment change is included.
