This is partial-task validation; all eight whole-integration gates remain pending. C# CodeQL was pending at the original capture and subsequently completed successfully. Independent hosted evidence review: No material findings, confidence9/10. The initial comment readback transformed escaped ANSI markers in the displayed raw-log excerpt. This lossless representation retains the exact reviewed binding/report/proof bytes. Decode each Base64 block and verify its stated SHA-256 before reading it. Native .NET impact planning needs the selected SDK's project graph and file ownership without duplicating MSBuild evaluation. This change supplies an
ITaskentry from the existing private application, loaded by ordinary endpoint-selecteddotnet msbuild. NativeProjectGraphsupplies node identities, dimensions and reference edges; selected-SDKMSBuildGlobnarrows committed ownership. Explicit evaluated input consumers remain separate from ordinary ownership.Typed request/response contracts preserve complete native globals. The request rejects caller TFM/RID selectors case-insensitively so discovery remains unfiltered; MSBuild-propagated inner dimensions remain intact. Unsupported operation globals, endpoint-dependent semantic globals and ambiguous ownership patterns fail. Root normalization and managed-project extension classification are covered by real native-process regressions. Fixture physical paths use the platform's normalization before exact native identity assertions.
Validation: all 976 application tests passed locally with zero failures/skips, including 21 actual MSBuild-loading cases; the build had zero warnings/errors. Scoped C# whitespace, six-path HK small/medium/large, worktree and committed-snapshot record checks, and normal commit hooks passed. Independent engineering/OCR, record-system and research-evidence reviews found no material findings (9/10 confidence), followed by final contraction review. The original selector regressions failed before correction; twelve final canonical/case-variant/empty-value requests fail without a response. Original source4 Windows CI failed three fixture identity assertions; its failure and independent classification remain retained. Corrected-source ordinary Windows CI passed all976 application tests with zero failures/skips; its tested merge tree matches the reviewed committed tree. Whole native CI integration remains pending.
The original source4 packet remains available. The correction packet and the delivery review bind the final committed correction, independent reviews, red/green observations and preserved failed lifetimes. The Windows fixture classification identifies the smallest correction without changing production ownership behavior.
This is a partial native fact producer. Locked endpoint/configuration inputs, complete finite producer coverage, native test capability/output, exact Git binding, both-endpoint assembly, selected execution and workflow transfer remain pending. All eight whole-integration gates remain pending; no CLI caller or general .NET CI cutover uses this task yet. No historical format compatibility, extra helper application or publication/proving/dispatch/access change is added.
