A directory of Skydive agents, seeded from real use cases and growing with community contributions. An agent is one file in this repo: YAML frontmatter with the setup, a Markdown prompt with the job. Browse the directory at benchdive.com, add an agent to Skydive with one click where a template exists, or copy its setup prompt and run it yourself.
Not affiliated with Skydive.
Every agent is a single agents/<slug>.md file. There is no database and no admin UI — the
repo is the source of truth, and the site is a static build over it. Each agent can be run
two ways:
- Add to Skydive — when the agent has a
template_url, the card links straight to a pre-built Skydive template; one click and it's live. - Copy the setup prompt — always available. Copy the Markdown body and paste it into Skydive (or any compatible agent runtime) as the first message to configure the agent from scratch.
Each listing carries a provenance badge derived from its data, not a separate field:
| Badge | Meaning | Derived from |
|---|---|---|
| Official template | Ready-made, one-click | has template_url |
| Adapted from use case | Scouted from a public source and adapted | has scouted_by |
| Community | Contributed directly | neither of the above |
Agents are organized into 13 categories: Engineering, Product, Design, Support, Sales, Marketing, Data, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, Legal, Founders, Personal.

Uses pnpm. CI runs
validate,check, andbuildon every pull request.
Adding an agent is one Markdown file and a pull request:
- Create
agents/<slug>.mdwhere<slug>is the slugifiedname(e.g.name: "Cash Forecaster"→agents/cash-forecaster.md). - Fill in the frontmatter and the prompt body.
- Run the checks locally:
pnpm validate && pnpm check && pnpm build. - Open a pull request.
See CONTRIBUTING.md for the full frontmatter contract, the slug rule, the quality bar, and a complete example. Minimal shape:
---
name: Cash Forecaster
role: Cash Forecaster
purpose: "Weekly cash forecast, names the tight week early."
category: Finance
added_at: "2026-08-21T14:00:00.000Z"
integrations: [QuickBooks, Stripe, Slack]
skills: [cash-flow-modeling, variance-flagging]
---
Set up a new agent named Cash Forecaster to … then save it and run weekly.Every submission is checked for format (passes pnpm validate), attribution
(scouted_by / contributor credit any adapted source), and safety (the prompt asks
for reasonable, non-destructive work). Listings are a starting point you copy and adapt —
we don't test them against a live workspace or guarantee performance.
The whole directory is available as JSON — no auth, no key, cached at the edge (~60s).
