Secure Boot OVMF with SMM reserves low memory through roughly 26 MiB as ACPI NVS, so Limine cannot place NARF's fixed 16 MiB Multiboot2 load span. Move the x86_64 physical load base to 32 MiB and document the bootloader contract.
