本 PR 更新内置补丁数据与特征匹配逻辑，以适配更新的微信/QQNT 版本，并改进“部分功能已安装”的识别与安装流程，从而减少误报并支持 QQNT 群聊/私聊防撤回的独立开关。
Changes:
- 更新内置 PatchJson（含 Weixin 4.1.13.12、QQNT 私聊防撤回特征与分类拆分），并将 PatchVersion 更新到 20260829。
- 重写特征匹配/已安装判断逻辑，改为逐条校验 Search/Replace 命中状态，允许“部分已安装、部分未安装”的混合状态。
- 调整 UI 文案，并在远程补丁数据更新后同步刷新 QQNT 配置。
