Adds a connection profile for dosya.dev, a cloud storage service with an S3-compatible gateway at https://api.dosya.dev/s3.

Notes on the profile:
Contextto/s3.s3.bucket.virtualhost.disableis set.auto; the gateway accepts any region in the SigV4 scope.Tested with Cyberduck CLI 9.5.4 against production: ListBuckets, ListObjectsV2, PutObject, GetObject, multipart upload (120 MB, 4 parts), DeleteObject, ListMultipartUploads.
